Here is a must-listen for fans of the unpredictable and beat-laden cross-cultural stylings of Bonobo, Emancipator, Quantic, Aim and Caribou.

With ‘High Rise’ Hermanito reworks samples from Werkha (Brownswood; Tru Thoughts) taking us on a crafted journey through his Latin American and Jazz influences, keeping one foot in the past with his sample of live instruments whilst exploring modern lofi chill hop beats.

Dripping with sonic subtleties from horn licks to intricate guitar parts, layered over authentic Latin American percussion, Hermanito has created a Lofi track with true depth. ‘High Rise’ is the perfect soundtrack for the road trip that you never want to end.

On ‘By Day’ Hermnaito blends his contemporary dream-like beats with signature guitar work and world music samples to create a track that stretches across cultures.
