With layers upon layers of arpeggiated synth and modulating rhythms reminiscent of Ostgut Ton’s Barker, 'Some Sun’ makes you picture a utopian world at sunrise - a psychedelic, ambient autumn anthem.

“Some Sun initially had loads more drum elements to it, but in the end - taking them all away and making it a more ambient, opening track, was really what made it”.

The tasteful arpeggio in ‘Cognition’ creates a galloping rhythm with linear beats inspired by trip hop legends Kruder & Dorfmeister and Portishead. Blending, hip hop, world music and ambient house, it feels like taking a journey that gives you an overwhelming sense of determination.

“Cognition initially started by recording a kalimba and building the track around that, in the end of that first recording you can barely hear it as a subtle percussion element in the intro”.
