Rising Guadalajara-based electronica artist Hermanito is to release his highly-anticipated EP 'Ghostwriter', a haunting and introspective journey through the world of chill-out electronica. Featuring intricate production, lush soundscapes, and emotive melodies, this EP showcases Hermanito's unique talent for creating music that speaks directly to the soul.

With over 4.5 million streams across DSPs since 2019, Hermanito has already established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the electronica genre. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of musical influences, including jazz, hip hop, and Latin American rhythms, Hermanito's sound has been compared to that of similar artists such as Bonobo, Quantic, Emancipator, Aim, and Caribou.

Inspired by his own experiences with isolation, loss, and self-discovery, 'Ghostwriter' EP is a deeply personal project for Hermanito. Each track on the EP tells a story, drawing the listener in with its atmospheric textures and hypnotic rhythms. From the ethereal beauty of "Obitos" to the melancholic introspection of "Grammar," Hermanito weaves a spellbinding tapestry of sound that is both thought-provoking and deeply moving.

"Aftersun" (single out April 28) offers a glimpse of hope and healing, with its bright melodies and uplifting rhythms, while the title track "The Ghostwriter" (single out 19 May) captures the bittersweet essence of loss and letting go. With 'Ghostwriter' EP (out 9 June), Hermanito proves himself to be a master of the electronica genre, blending elements of ambient, downtempo, and chill-out to create a sound that is uniquely his own.
