Amidst riotous multi-platform support for ‘PLAY’, glue70 and ZULA enlist five producers to remix their debut EP.

Press (COMPLEX, KALTBLUT), radio (BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, 6 Music) and DSP playlisters (Spotify, Apple) alike have certified ‘PLAY’ a wonky alt-pop must-listen – and the remixes promise to be no different.

March 24th sees the release of Unreliable, where acerbic murmurs couch sucker-punch drums and Hermanito's weighty, saturated beats conjure the percussive agility of Four Tet and Burial. It’s an angelic chorus playing the after-hours basement party, and a track destined for grittier lo-fi house playlists; a perfect fit for the intersection of focus and fun.

On Diamond’s remix of Play, watery keys skitter across the stereo field, building on the original track’s seductive nonchalance. This is music for eyes-closed consumption, in a world away from the world.
